For that, it summarizes the current status and issues of musical activities aimed at multicultural coexistence on the basis of examples of international cultural events in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Based upon those examples, the implications of the concept of “Community Music” for multicultural education are discussed in connection with the local community and school education., 本研究の目的は、「コミュニティミュージック」の理論に基づき、音楽を通じた多文化共生教育のあり方を提言することである。まず、多文化共生を念頭に置いた「コミュニティミュージック」を再考した上で、滋賀県内における国際交流事業の事例から多文化共生を目指した音楽活動の現状と課題を整理した。これらの事例を概観し、「コミュニティミュージック」を念頭に置いた実践は、新たな地域文化の創造と発展を目指す包括的な音楽活動を可能にすることを示した。これらを踏まえ、地域と学校教育が連携した多文化共生教育の実践に向けて、「コミュニティミュージック」の概念がどのような示唆を与えるかを論じている。},
